Healthy Fat; olive oil coconut oil, ghee, avocados, nut butters and seed
Protein; whole eggs, wild fish, grass-fed meat, poultry, pork
Vegetables; leafy greens, lettuces, chard, brussels sprouts, radishes, turnips and more
Low-sugar Fruit; cucumber, tomato, squash, parsley, lemons, limes
Non-gluten grains; amaranth, buckwheat, rice, millet, quinoa, rice
