RECIPE: Caprese & Basil

For a flavor-packed recipe that’s as easy as it is delicious, check out this recipe for one of our favorite go-to snacks.

Ingredients

9oz basket cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
8oz fresh mozzarella pearls
Fresh basil leaves, julienned or torn
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to a medium mixing bowl with mozzarella pearls and basil.

  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. Add salt and pepper if desired.

  3. Serve fresh and enjoy!
