Mold & Toxin Exposure

Our exposure is much more common than we all think. A couple key questions to ask yourself is; Can my genetics handle it? What kind of toxin? How much? How often, Do I have any underlying conditions?

A great resource we can all use is EWG.org. Environmental Working Group is an organization that provides great tools and insight in much of our daily habits. They have done the research for us to help make informed decisions. From non-toxic baby formula to sunscreens and lip balms, they help us make reduce our daily exposure.

Another area of exposure is our water quality. We use our water to drink, wash our clothes, clean our bodies as well as cook our foods.
