Dear Lake Pointe Family,

The health and well-being of our patients and community are at the forefront of everything we do. We are so grateful for the trust you place in us to help you and your family and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Amidst growing concerns for COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are evaluating every aspect of our business. We want to reassure you that we continue to be always be diligent in our hygiene practices and adhere to the highest standards for cleanliness and sanitation. We are cleaning frequently touched surfaces (counters, tables, seating areas, door handles, etc.) additionally throughout the day. Our staff have paid sick time and stay home when they are not feeling well.

Although we have always taken extra precautions to maximize health while minimizing the potential spread of viruses and other illnesses, we are keeping up to date with the information and recommendations of the Minnesota Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization. We have a sink in the center island at our office and encourage all patients to wash their hands as often as wanted while at Lake Pointe.

We know that many of you are choosing “social distancing” as a way to stay safe. We respect this decision for you and your family.   Lake Pointe Wellness will continue to remain open at this time; however, please note that we are not enforcing the 24 hour cancellation policy during the rest of March. We request all appointments be canceled and/or rescheduled as soon as you know you or your family’s schedule. If you choose this option, simply call our office at 612-922-8100 or go to our online scheduling: lakepointe.janeapp.com

We request that you cancel your appointment and stay home if you have ANY of the following symptoms:
– Sore throat
– Cough
– Sneezing
– Shortness of Breath
– Fever
– Digestive complaints, including vomiting or diarrhea

We also request that anyone who has flown in the past week, tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19 reschedule their appointment and stay home for 2 weeks. If this has occurred (or you prefer to not come into the office) please note we can mail or direct courier a nutrient and supplement plan to your home. The doctors at Lake Pointe will also be giving complementary supplement recommendations (on a walk in basis, with no appointment needed) to help keep you and your family healthy. For more advanced questions and/or for those who have immunodeficiency disease or are immune compromised, 15 minute consultations (in person or over the phone) are now available and can be booked online at: lakepointe.janeapp.com

During these challenging and uncertain times it is our utmost desire to provide care and comfort for our staff, our patients and our community.
