Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of stress relief, relaxation and also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words- Rei which means “Universal Life” and Ki which means  “Energy.” An ancient laying-on of hands healing technique, Reiki is used to restore a more balanced energy flow through out the body. A subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client, and it is this energy that creates a relaxing and healing effect. A reiki session can help ease tension and stress, reduce anxiety, aid better sleep, promote relaxation and support the body for healing on all levels physical, mental and emotional.

Diane-Pyle-bwDiane first became interested in Reiki when receiving sessions from Olivia Mastry, a former coworker at Lake Pointe. She did her initial training with Olivia and began using Reiki healing on her self. Fast forward a few years later during her Yoga Teacher Certification, Diane continued her Reiki Training and Master level with Tanya Boigenzahn of Devanadi Yoga School. She is passionate about the nurturing, compassionate and calming benefits of Reiki healing and looks forward to working with you.
