Oxygen is far more than what we breathe! It’s important to EVERY CELL in your body, as one of the primary catalysts for energy & optimal health! Your blood not only needs enough oxygen to transport to these cells, but it needs clear, clean vessels to get where it needs to go. This is an ESSENTIAL requirement of the body and major component of health.
So, how do we OXYGENATE the body to restore balance and prevent disease? Hint: If you’ve been following along each month with Be the Lifestyle… you’ve been oxygenating all along! Missed a month? It’s never too late to start.
